摘　　要：黑社会(性质)犯罪预防是一项系统工程，主要包括关系密切的三方面内容：一是对黑社会(性质)犯罪进行科学预测；二是对预防黑社会(性质)犯罪措施进行经济分析；三是提出预防黑社会(性质)犯罪之措施。科学预测是预防黑社会(性质)犯罪之前提，经济分析是黑社会(性质)犯罪的功科要求，提出预防黑社会(性质)犯罪措施是黑社会(性质)犯罪之关键。Prevention on crimes of the under ground or crimes with characters of the under ground is a project,in cluding three parts:Firstly,scientific prediction on crimes with characters of the under ground;Secobdly,economic analysis on the countermea-sures of crimes of the under ground and crimes with characters of the under geound;The last,the countermeasures of crimes of the under ground and crimes with characters of the under ground.
