摘　　要：片面共犯理论上的争论掩饰不住片面共犯情形的客观存在。从刑法理论与司法实践的双重视角出发，对片面共犯应予肯定。研究片面共犯需弄清其理论概念、存在范围、成立要件及其在认定中应注意的问题。The theoretical debate of eniseitige Teilnahme can't cover up its objective reality.From the double visual angles of the theory of criminal law and judicial practice,the au thor sets forth his opinions on the theoretical grounds,existing scope,major component parts of eniseitige Teilnahme ,and problems in affirming eniseit ige Teilnahme.
