摘　　要：目前我国证券市场中操纵证券交易价格犯罪形势日益严峻，社会危害性越来越大。因此，研究该犯罪的构成特征及防治时策，时于有效地遏制这种犯罪的发生具有特别重要的意义。 Presently,the crime of manipulating the prices of securities transaction becomes more and more serious in the Chi -nese securities market and brings great harms to the society,hence it's of great significance to study its constitution and pre-cau tionary measures to combat it effectively.
