摘　　要：结合氮肥厂硝铵车间的多孔鼓风空气预热器的内压式波纹膨胀节腐蚀失效个例,从波纹膨胀节的制造工艺、在压力容器上的安装以及腐蚀机理分析它的失效原因,从中找到设备损坏的关键所在。Combining with the example of losing efficacy of the corrugated dilatation joint caused by corrosion,which is of interpressure type and located in the porus blast air preheater in nitramine shop at the Nitrogenous Fertilizer Plant,the paper analyzed the cause of losing efficacy of the corrugated dilatation joint by means of manufacturing engineering and the installing on the pressure device and corrosion mechanism,and then found out the key problem of damages of the equipment.
