摘　　要：南京工业大学与江苏省体育局“体教结合”,合办江苏省女子垒球队,两年来,在提高运动成绩,抓好队伍建设,解决“读”“训”矛盾以及充分利用“省队校办”垒球队这一平台,全面推进学校各项事业发展等方面做了一些探索,取得了一些成绩,为“体教结合”,培养体育人才优化模式的发展方向提供了研究基础。Nanjing university of technology and Jiangsu province'sports bureau organize the female softball team of Jiangsu province by the model of the Combination of Sports with Education . In two years , there are certain effect on improving sports achievement , building sports team , resolving the read-train contradict and pushing on the development of this university by full taking a advantage of the platform of the softball team organized by province and university. thus hope to offer the study base of the optimal model and its grow direction of the combination of education with sports.
