静脉滴注低温液体治疗流行性出血热发热期的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :研究有效治疗流行性出血热发热期高热 ,静脉滴注低温液体护理新技术。方法 :对 2 0 0 3年 9月～ 2 0 0 4年 6月在接收治疗流行性出血热发热期 2 0例静脉滴注低温液体。结果 :对流行性出血热发热期有显著疗效 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并能有效预防休克期及少尿期 ,即使部分患者进入休克期及少尿期后 ,也能明显缩短这两期的持续时间 ,减轻各种相应的症状。结论 :静脉滴注低温液体是一项有效、安全。Objective : To research new technique of nursing that can treat epidemic hemorrhagic fever by intravenous drip hypotemperature effectively . Methods : Give 20 cases intravenous drip hypotemperature liquid from 2003,9 to 2004,6 . Results: It has significant effect on the fever phase of epidemic hemorrhagic fever (p<0.05) ,and apparently prevent shock phase and lack-urine phase,even some patients has these two phases , it can shorten the lasting time ,reduce the corresponding complications . Conclusion : Inject hypotemperature liquid by vein is an effective , safe , and advanced new nursing technique.
