盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对机械通气患者祛痰效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对机械通气患者祛痰效果的影响。方法 :随机对 114例行机械通气患者进行对照试验。治疗组雾化吸入盐酸氨溴索 15mg ,3次 /d ,静滴生理盐水 10 0ml加头孢派酮钠 /舒巴坦钠 3g,2次 /d ,对照组静脉注射盐酸氨溴索 15mg ,3次 /d ,头孢派酮钠 /舒巴坦钠用法用量同治疗组。治疗组和对照组各治疗 7d。结果 :治疗组患者痰液的黏弹性明显低于对照组。治疗组、对照组祛痰总有效率分别为 94 7%和 71 9% ,呼吸机相关性肺炎 (VAP)感染率分别为 36 84 % ,5 6 14 %。结论Objective :To explore the influence of ambroxol hydro chloride puluerization inhalation on the expectoration effect of patients with mechanical ventication .Methods : Control experiment on 114 mechanical ventilation patients was given randomly .Treatment group inbreathe pulverized ambroxol hydrochloride 15mg ,3 times every day ,comfarion grous were given ambroxol hyarochloride by intravenous drip, the usage and dosage of cefopeoazone sodium/sulbactam sodium are the same as before .Treatment group and comparion group go onfor 7d separately. Results : Treatment group patients' ssputum's visco elasticity is low relative to comparison group.The effectivity rate are 36.84% and 71.9% , and the VAP infection rate 36.84% and 56.14% separately .Conclusion : ambroxol hydrochloride pulverization inhalation has better effect than vein injection on expectoration.
