摘　　要：以工业回收 PP 扁丝为载体树脂,加入适量助剂与无机填料制成了聚烯烃用填充母料。它与 PP 树脂相容性好,且降低了扁丝成本。本文从原料选择、填充母料的物理性能、填充后扁丝的加工性能、制品力学性能及实际应用效果等方面对该种填充母料的研制做了介绍。By using industrially recovered PP flat yarn as carrier resin and adding inorganic filler, filled master batch of polyolefin(PO)were made.The master batch showed good compatibility with PP and lowered the cost of flat yarn.The aspects of raw materials se- lection,physical properties of the master batch,processing properties of the filled PP flat yarn and the mechanical properties of products were introduced.
