摘　　要：阐述了注塑级 ABS/PVC 合金制备中的稳定体系和润滑体系对该合金力学及流变特性的影响.选择了最佳配方,采用物理机械共混的方法制得了 ABS/PVC 合金,该合金具有较好的阻燃性、抗冲击性及表面光洁度和尺寸稳定性,且流动性较好,易于成型,尤其适用于大型薄壁制品.The influences of stabilizing and lubricating systems of the injection mold ABS/PVC alloy on its meChnical and theological properties are discussed.The best formulation is chosen.The ABS/PVC alloy made by physical mechanical blending has good flame retardancy,impact resistance,smooth surface,size stability and rheological behavior. The alloy is easy to inject mold,especially useful to the large thin-wall injection mold products.
