岳池县中小学生肠道线虫感染状况调查

摘　　要：为了摸清岳池县中小学生肠道线虫感染的现状，并制订有效的防治方案，１９９１年我们对该县四所农村中小学校，共１０１０名学生进行了粪检及血色素等观察，其结果肠道线虫总感染率高达８５．９％，钩、蛔、鞭虫感染率分别为５９．６％、６４．２％及５５．４％，人均血色素为７．５ｇ，，属重流行地区，必须尽快采取有效防治措施，积极治疗、开展卫生宣传、加强个人防范意识，保护学生的健康。To naster clear picture of inestinal nemathelminth infection and hematochrome level for making out effective measures in control program, a total number of 1010 students in 4 primary or middle schools in tural areas of Yuechi County were exmined in1991.The infection rate of intestinal nemathelminth reached as high as 85. 9%, among which the infection rates of hookworm, roundworm, and whipworm were 59. 6%, 64. 2% and 55. 4% respectively. The avarge level of hematochrome was 7. 5g. The results confirmed that Yuechi County would be classified as hyper-endemic area.The authors suggested that in order to protect the students againat parasitoses, effective measures such as parasitological treatment health education and self-proection awareness should be strengthened.
