摘　　要：本文根据我国国情和世界上日新月异的信息技术的发展 ,提出了我国图书情报自动化发展的战略思想和今后十年的战略目标 ,并在此基础上进一步具体阐述了为实现战略目标应采取的战略对策。On the basis of the special situation of our country and the ever developing information technology,the strategic thought and objective of the following ten years are presented,which will be significant to the development of the library and information automation in China.Some strategic countermeasures which should be taken to realize the objective are further stated in detail.
