摘　　要：国家助学贷款工作因大多由人工完成 ,导致贷款合同人为错误多 ,工作效率低。为此 ,西南交通大学在建立学生综合信息管理平台的基础上 ,用ASP .Net语言和SQLSERVER 2 0 0 0数据库建立了“西南交通大学国家助学贷款申请管理系统”。将先进的计算机技术应用到助学贷款管理工作中 ,解决了上述问题 ,实现了此项工作的信息化。The national loan progam for financial aid to college students is done by manual work instead of computers, which leads to many undesirable errors and low efficiency in loan contract. To solve this problem, Southwest Jiaotong University has made a platform in which general information of finance aid needed students is contained. On this basis, by making use of ASP. Net language and SQL SERVER 2000 database, the university has set up a management system for the application of national student loan. As a result, advanced computer technology is applied to management of national loan program for students. Therefore, the above problems are solved, and the program based on information and network is available.
