复方血脂清的降脂作用探讨

摘　　要：将３２只家兔随机分为４组，观察复方血脂清的降血脂作用。结果发现，给予血脂清２组（Ⅰ、Ⅱ组）的血清总胆固醇（ＴＣ）和甘油三酯（ＴＧ）水平在１７ｗｋ时非常显著地低于模型组（Ｐ＜０．００１），这２组的高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇／ＴＣ（ＨＤＬ－Ｃｈ／ＴＣ）比值却非常显著地高于模型组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示复方血脂清具有阻止血脂升高和降低高血脂的作用。32 rabbits were divided randomly into 4 groups in the experiment in order to observethe action of lowering blood lipids of hemolipid clearing mixture. The result showed that serumTC and TG levels of Group and Group were markedly lower than those of the patterngroup (p<0.001) in 17 week, and the HDL-ch/TC ratio of the two groups was much higherthan that of the patern group (p<0.001). Thus, it showed that the hemolipid clearing mixturecould prevent blood lipids from increasing and could lower hyperlipimia.
