睾丸素通过金黄地鼠颊粘膜的渗透研究

摘　　要：以金黄地鼠的颊粘膜为模型，研究睾丸素通过颊粘膜的行为及促进它渗透的方法。结果表明，２０％而二醇能增加睾丸素渗透金黄地鼠颊粘膜的渗透速率，为对照的水饱和溶液的２．５倍；而５％油酸、２０％丙二醇和５％吐温—２０组成的介质系统，则使睾丸素通过粘膜的渗透速率增加３倍。The buccal permeation of testosterone from various vehicles has beech studied byusing the cheek pouch of golden hamsters as the model. The result showed showed that the penetrationrate of testosterone can be increased 2.5 times as much as the saturated water sample when20% PG solvent was used while 5% olein acid, 20% PG and 5% Tween-20 mixed solvent canincrease the rate 3 times.
