医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁与精神症状测评结果分析

摘　　要：目的:调查医学院校大学生焦虑、抑郁情绪与精神症状,研究该群体心理健康状况.方法:采用焦虑、抑郁量表(SAS、SDS)与精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),抽样836例医学生,分两组进行心理测试、评定.结果:SAS、SDS标准分平均值37.55±7.12与39.84±9.36,学生中存在焦虑、抑郁情绪者为21.8%,其中,SAS、SDA≥50占16.11%,SAS、SDS≥60占5.69%.SCL-90因子分平均值在1.40±0.41～1.97±0.52之间,属正常范围,明显高于全国常模;因子分≥3为症状中等程度,其阳性检出率为25.44%,主要表现在人际关系敏感、强迫症状、敌对等项.结论:本组医学生情绪与精神症状整体水平处于正常范围,少数学生存在不同心理问题.Objective: To investigate the anxiety,depression,and psychiatric symptom in medical college students. Methods:A total of 836 students of China Medical University were divided into 2 groups randomly.The psychological status of these students were assessed by using self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS), and symptom check list 90 (SCL-90) separately.Results:The average index scores of SAS and SDS were 37.55±7.12 and (39.84)±(9.36),and 21.8% of the students had anxious and depressed emotion. The index scores of SAS and SDS≥50 were(16.11)%. The students with higher index score (≥60) were 5.69%. The average factor-score of SCL-90 was 1.40±(0.41) to 1.97±0.52. The students with medium symptom (the factor-score≥3) were 25.44%. These students were complicated with interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and hostility. Conclusion:The emotions and psychiatric symptoms of medical students are changed among normal ranges. Few students have different psychiatric problems.
