摘　　要：本文介绍的年龄别死亡率效应指数，能够直接度量死亡率变化对预期寿命影响的大小，因此，可以进一步分析同一人群不同时期，或不同人口、性别、职业等年龄别死亡率变化对预期寿命影响的差异。为进一步评价医学卫生保健措施和人群的健康水平，提供了新的指标。An effective index for age-specific death rate is introduced in this paper. It can be used directly as a measure of influence of the death rate on life expectancy and in the analysis of the variation of age-specific death rates for different years of the same population, sex, occupation etc., and for measuring the different influences of life expectancy. It provides a new index for evaluation in the public health field.
