激光作业人员血脂调查  

STUDY ON THE LEVELS OF SERUM LIPIDS FROM PERSONS OCCUPATIONALLY EXPOSED TO LASER RADIATION

摘　　要：本文调查１３０名激光科研工作者的血脂。调查结果，激光作业人员各项血脂均值与标准差为：ＨＤＬ－Ｃ，男１．２３８±０．２４３ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，女１．２８８±０．２０７ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ；ＨＤＬ－ｃ／ＴＣ，男０．３３±０．０８，女０．３４９±０．０８６；ＴＧ，男１．２２２±０．３７１ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，女１．２８４±０．６０２ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ·ＨＤＬ－ｃ均值与ＨＤＬ－ｃ／ＴＣ比值明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＴＧ均值明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。各指标异常率比较，激光组男性ＨＤＬ－ｃ、ＨＴＬ－／ＴＣ、ＴＣ与ＴＧ的异常率分别高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），女性ＴＧ增高的异常率亦明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示激光工作者患冠心病的危险性增高。Serum lipids levels from 130 persons occupationally exposed to laser radiation were analyzed and another 157 persons without exposure as control group. Results of the study showed that in the laser exposure group the mean value of serum HDL. C was 1.238±0.243 mmol/L(males). 1.288±0. 207mmol/L ml (females) and mean value of ratio of HDL-C/TC was 0. 33±0.08(males), 0.349±0.086 (females), which were significantly lower than those of the control group. Mean value of serum TG from the laser exposure group was 1.222±0.371mmol/L(males) and 1.284±0.602mmol/L(females),which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The males of the exposed group had significantly higher abnormal percentage of HDL-c、TC、MDL-c/TC and TG than those of the control group.The females of the exposed group had also a higher abnormal percentage of TG than that in females of the control group. These findings suggest that these persons exposed to laser radintion have a higher risk of developing (CHD) than those in the control group.
