摘 要:通过体外细胞培养的方法,观察到不同分散度的新康温石棉纤维(A,B和C三种纤维长径小于20μm分别为27%,36%和95%)对免肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)的毒性作用不同,可致AM存活率降低,AM吞噬能力降低和致乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)溢漏增加,以分散度最高的石棉纤维C作用最强,纤维B次之,分散度最低的纤维A作用最弱。结果表明温石棉纤维对AM的细胞毒作用与其分散度有关,与其表面积大小有关。The results of this in vitro study showed that the chrysotile fibers with different distribution (A, B and C with 27%, 36% and 95% fibers length shorter than 20 μm respectively) have different potential of damaging rabbit alveolar macrophages (AM) by decreasing the survival rate and the phagocytic ability of AM and increasing the release of lactate dehydrogenasc (LDH), the fiber C with highest distribution showed the strongest effects on AM, next is fiber B and the weakest one is fiber A. From the results it can be concluded that the relationship between the cytotoxic effects of chrysotile fibers and its distribution is certain and this may be related with its surface areas.
