美降之与立平脂治疗原发性高脂血症的临床观察

摘　　要：报道美降之与立平脂治疗原发性高脂血症各３０例的效果，结果显示服用美降之８周后，降低血清胆固醇为８６．８７％，降低甘油三酯（Ｔｇ）为５３．８４％。平均降低Ｃｈ２０．６２％，ＬＤＬ－Ｃ９．７８％，ＡＰＯ－Ｂ１０．７４％，Ｃｈ／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ２９．７０％，平均升高ＨＤＬ－Ｃ１１．９１％，ＡＰＯ－Ａ１２．５７％，ＡＰＯ－Ａ／ＡＰＯ－Ｂ２４．５１％。服用立平脂８周后降低Ｔｇ的作用显著，总有效率为８４．６１％，除Ｔｇ外，其余参数的效果均不如美降之组。This paper reports the efficacy of Lo-vastatin and Lipanthyl to treat 30 patients with pri-mary hyperlipidemia respectively. The resultsshowed that 8 weeks after taking Lovastatin , theserum chlesterol(Ch)and triglyceride(Tg )level ofthe patients dropped 86.87%and 53.84%respective-ly ,and the average dropping ratio of Ch was 20.62%,LDL-C9.78%,APO-B10.74% and Ch/HDL29.70%respectively; The average elevation ratio ofHDL-C was 11.9%,APO-A12.5% and APO-A/APO-B24.51%. There was a significent dropping ofserum Tg level 8 weeks after taking Lipanthyl,andits total efficacy was 84.61%, however ,except forTg, other parameters of Lipanthyl had less efficacythan Lovastatin.
