摘　　要：介绍了ZNM-Ⅲ水玻璃复合改性粘结剂的制备工艺、ZNM-Ⅲ砂的最佳配方及性能，并探讨了改性机理。此种芯砂可替代合临砂制作Ⅱ、Ⅲ级型芯。The preparation technology of modified compound sodium sili-cate binder, the optimum mixture composition and the properties of ZNM-Ⅲ type sand was introduced. The mechanism of modification was discussed. This kind of core sand can be used as a substitute for core sand binded with distillation residue of synthetic fatty acid to produce cores of class Ⅱ and Ⅲ
