摘　　要：研究了在冲天炉条件下里蠕化剂中各元素的作用，按照铸件壁厚对蠕化剂的不同要求，设计了不同蠕化剂的组元成分，研制成了两种稀土蠕化剂，采用简便的蠕化工艺，即可稳定地生产薄壁和厚壁蠕墨铸铁。The effects of each e1ement of the vermicularizer under the condi-tions of cupola melting were investigated. Various vermicularizercompositions were designed according to the requirements of castingsection thickness for the Yermicularirer. Two rare earth vermicularizers were developed' Both thin and heaVy section vermicular cast ironcastings could be produced stably by using a simple and convenientvermicularizinS process
