腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水11例报告

摘　　要：目的 提高腹膜后纤维化引起肾积水的诊断及治疗效果。方法 对1986年2月至1999年11月期间所收治的11例腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水进行回顾性总结。结果 本组原发性者6例,继发性者5例,3例行输尿管内支架治疗,8例行手术治疗,并于术后加用激素治疗,随访6～38个月,术后肾功能均有改善或恢复正常,原发性者预后良好,3例继发于恶性肿瘤者于术后3～8个月死亡。结论 对于腹膜后纤维化引起的肾积水,逆行肾盂造影、B超、MRI等检查可明确诊断,采取手术等治疗措施尽快解除梗阻、引流尿液是有效的治疗方法。Objective In improve the diagnosis and treatment of hydroncphrosis called by retruperitoneal fibrosis. Methods A retrospective study from Feb. 1986 up to Nov ,1999,for the treatment of 11 cases of rctropcritoneal fibrosos causing hydroncphrosis has been made. Resuils The retropreitoneal fibrosis was idiopathic in 6 and secondary in 5. cass Surgical intervcntion was undertaken in 8 cass with postoperative administration of eorticosteroids and intraluminal stent was inserted in 3 cass. The patients have been followde up for 6 to 38 months with impiovde or normal renal function and the. prognosis of primary retroperitoneal fibrusis has been good while it was very poor in fibrosos secondary to malignancy,3 patients being already dead.Conclusions Retrograde urogram, Ultrasonography and MRI are extremcly helpful,To relieve the obstruction by surgical intervention is very effective.
