腔内镜一次性治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石

摘　　要：目的 探讨腔内镜一次完成治疗前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱结石的临床效果。方法 采用经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TURVP)及弹道碎石术一次治疗BPH合并膀胱结石42例。结果 术后无须冲洗膀胱,3～5大拔除导尿管,5～7天出院,术后3个月国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)由术前的平均26.5降至4.28分,6个月为3.43分。最大尿流率(MFR)由3.53ml/s升至15.78m1/s,6个月为19.62ml/s。平均尿流率(AFR)由1.6ml/s升至4.8ml/s,6个月为5.2ml/s。结论 该方法创伤小,手术安全且治疗确切,术后康复快,无开放手术所致的并发症,是BPH合并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。Objective To study the clinical effects of endoscope therapy for benign prostatic. hyperplasia (BPH)and bladder stone. Methods Transurethral electrovaporization for prostate (TURVP)and ballistic pulver-izating stone were adopted for simultaneous treatment with of 42 cases BPH and bladder stone. Results After the operation bladder is not needed to be washed,Catheterization can be pulled out after 3- 5 days. The patient can leave hosptal after 5-7 days. International symptom score prostate (IPSS)decreased from 26.5 mark before the operation to 4.28 mark after the operation 3 months and 3. 43 mark after 6 months respectively. Maximum urine flow rate (MFR)increased from 5.25ml/s to 15.78ml/s after 3mooths,and 19.62ml/s after 6 months. Average urine flow rate (AFR)increased from 1,6ml/s to 4.8ml/s a fter 3months.and 5.2ml/s after 6 months. Conclusions The injury is slight. The operation is safe and the treatment effects are definite when the present method is adopted.After operation the patients restired to health and there is not complication caused by operation. Therefore the present method is effective on therapy BPH and bladder stone.
