摘　　要：围绕事务所内部较为典型的5种利益现象,建立了事务所和执业人员收益的数学模型,从建立的 数学模型出发,对上述5种利益现象进行了经济学解释并提出了一些初步的对策及建议。In consideration of 5 typical interest phenomena incurred with in the business premises,a revenue mathematical model is established for the business premises and registered personnel. Based on the establishment of the model, searching for the economic interpretation and preliminary countermeasures are proposed.
