摘　　要：研究了双氯芬酸钠对牛血清白蛋白的荧光猝灭作用。按照Stern-Volmer方程和Lineweaver-Burk 方程处理实验数据,发现BSA的荧光强度与DFS的浓度在6.826×10-7-25.146×10-5mol／L范围内具 有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数0.9998,平均回收率达102.59％。建立了测定双氯芬酸钠含量的荧光 分析新方法。The binding of diclofenac sodium to bovine serum albunin (BSA) is studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. The test data are processed by using Stern-Volmer e-quation and Lineweaver-Burk equation,it is found out that the BSA fluorescence intersity and DFS concentration have good linear correlations within the range of 6. 826 × 10-7-25. 146×10-5mol/L. The correlation coefficient is 0. 9998 with average recovery rate as high as 102. 59%. A new method is established for fluorescence analysis on the concentration of diclofenac sodium.
