摘　　要：从20世纪70年代中期后,海外越南人人数激增,分布日广,约2/3取得所在国的国籍,形成一个有一定影响的越裔族群,并以不同形式参与祖籍国的建设。越南政府实行较为宽松的国籍政策,保护海外越南人在国内外的正当权利,鼓励他们为家乡和祖国服务,使之成为越南经济社会发展的重要外部资源。Since mid 1970s, the population of Vietnamese overseas has exploded and spread increasingly widely. Two third of them have obtained nationalities of the countries of residence, constituting an influential ethnic group of Vietnamese descent, and taking part in the building of their motherland in a variety of ways. The Vietnamese government has adopted a more generous policy of nationality so as to protect the just rights at home and abroad of the Vietnamese overseas, and encourage them to serve their native places and motherland, making them important external resources for the economic and social development of Vietnam.
