摘　　要：在党实施依法治国方略和我国市场经济建设飞速发展的背景下,传统的法律服.务模式难以满足社会的需求,这就需要在加强传统法律服务模式的基础上,把信息技术引入法律服务领域,创造性的实现我国法律服务的现代化。为此,需要大力推进法律应用软件和法院信息系统的研究和开发,实现"法律服务进万家"和提高法院办案的公正和效率。While running a country in accordance with the law and constructing market economy of our country, we realize the traditional law service does not satisfy the demands of society. We should lead the information technology into the service field of the law, and modernize the law service creatively. So it is important to research and develop the legal application software and court information system,in order to realize 'law service comes into our lives' and raise fairness and efficiency in a case.
