摘　　要：【目的】探讨糖尿病患者行急诊腹部手术时正确的围手术期处理方法。【方法】对 78例合并糖尿病的急诊腹部手术病例作回顾性分析。【结果】本组术后并发症为 12 .82 % (10 / 78) ,无一例死亡。【结论】妥善的围手术期处理 。To investigate the proper perioperative management of emergent abdominal operations in diabetics.Seventy-eight cases of emergent abdominal operations on diabetic patients were analyzed retrospectively.The rate of postoperative complications was 12.82%(10/78) and no death occurred.[Conclusion]Proper perioperative management , including the utilization of insulin to effectively control the blood sugar levels, is an efficient measure that can ensure the diabetic patients undergoing emergent operations safely.
