新组方的活性Triclosan洗手消毒剂的效果评价

摘　　要：Triclosan已被广泛用作医用或民用的洗手消毒剂和抗微生物产品的主要活性组分 ,因限于它的水溶性和部分组份又被包裹于表面活性剂的微囊中 ,因此不能提高Triclosan组方的生物利用度。该文采用一种新的制剂技术和组方 ,使Triclosan成为高饱和溶解度 ,能于较短的时间内即可杀灭微生物。新的活化Triclosan制剂技术的效果及其制品的活性水平是通过美国FDA规定的以 4 %葡萄糖酸氯已啶制备液作对照和采用美国医用和民用洗手消毒剂的标准评估法 (ASMTE 1 1 74 0 0 )进行的。这种新的活化Triclosan组方效果等同于对照组 (4 %葡萄糖酸氯已啶液 )的多次洗手消毒效果 ,但其首次洗手消毒的杀灭对数值就已接近峰值 。Triclosan has been used as active ingredient in handwashing and antimicrobial products for healthcare workers.Due to low water solubility and solubilization inside of surfactant micelles,triclosan may not be in a bioavailable state as a percent in formulation.A new formulation technology with activated triclosan to a high saturation solubility allows bacterial kill at shorter contact times.The effectiveness and activity level of this new activated triclosan technology were evaluated against a U S Food and Drug Administration(FDA) recommended control formulation of a well known 4% Chlorhexidine digluconate(CHG),using ASMT E 1174 00 standard test method for evaluation of the effectiveness of healthcare personnel of consumer handwash formulations.The new activated triclosan formulation tested is superior to 4% CHG in initial log reduction and is epual in effectiveness over time to a well known 4% CHG brand.
