微波提取红景天茎中总黄酮和多糖及其含量测定

摘　　要：目的　利用微波技术从红景天茎中提取有效成分总黄酮、多糖 ,并测定其含量。方法　分光光度法。结果　测得红景天茎中总黄酮含量 1 36 % ,平均回收率为 97 6 5 % ,RSD =1 1 7% (n =3) ;多糖含量 3 5 7% ,平均回收率为 98 4 5 % ,RSD =1 37% (n=3)。结论　运用微波技术辅助测定红景天茎中总黄酮和多糖的含量 ,反应速度加快 ,收率提高。Aim The extraction and content determination total flavone and polysaccharide of rhodiola yrnnanesis.Methods microwave technique applied in total flavone and polysaccharide of rhodiola yunnanesis were obtained,content determination with colormetry.Results The total flavone content of rhodeola yunnanesis is 1 36%,recovery rate is 97 65%,The polysaccharide content of rhodiola yunnanesis is 3 57%,recovery rate is 98 45%.Conclusion microwave technique appliedin the total flavone and polysaccharide of rhodiola yunnanesis has been obtained for the first time.
