云南省残疾人竞技体育的现状与发展

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、访谈法、比较法、观察法和调查法等研究方法 ,对云南省残疾人竞技体育的发展历史以及现状的综合分析 ,得出了影响云南省残疾人竞技体育运动的因素 .即 :发展规划、年龄结构与后备力量等 ,在此基础上依据《中国残疾人体育工作“十五”实施方案》 ,结合云南省残疾人体育的实际 ,从云南省少数民族地区的特性出发 ,提出了云南省残疾人竞技体育克服存在的不足 ,缩小与残疾人竞技体育前进步子较大的省、市之间的差距 ,解决面临的问题等 。By means of using literature recourses, interviews, comparison, observation and investigation etc, the paper does a comprehensive analysis on the present situation and on the developing history of the competing skills in physical education for the disabled in Yunnan Province. Through which it gets the result that the influent factors on the competing skills of physical activities for the disabled in Yunnan are: developing plan, age range and future competing participants. Based on the above, in the light of 'The Fifteenth' Act of Chinese Physical Education for the Disabled, combined with the actual situation of it, from the point of Yunnan minority nationality feature, the paper brings forward the ideas and measures that we'll use to lessen the gap between Yunnan and other provinces in improving the competing skills in physical education for the disabled, solving the present problems, discovering our weaknesses in it and bettering it constantly.
