发泡珠粒聚丙烯材料的发展

摘　　要：综述了聚丙烯(PP)预发泡粒子的制备工艺,介绍了由不同基料预发泡粒子生产出的发泡材料的各项性能及其应用范围。为提高PP性能和增加产品附加值,有必要开展PP发泡珠粒的实验性研究,并最终使其工业化。This paper reviewed technologies for preparing polypropylene (PP) pre-foamed pellets and introduced specifications and application arranges of the foaming materials made from pre-foamed pellets of different basic resins. In order to improve properties of PP and increase it′s added value, it is necessary to carry out the research on technology for producing pre-foamed PP particles, which ought to be industrialized ultimately.
