摘 要:以二羟基二过碘酸合铜(Ⅲ)钾(PDC)为氧化剂,明胶(简称GL)为还原剂,组成氧化还原体系,于碱性介质中引发GL与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接枝共聚合,获得接枝率大于90%的共聚物。研究了PDC浓度、MMA-GL配比、反应温度和时间、GL用量等因素对接枝参数的影响,并用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射等方法对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,PDC-GL是引发GL接枝共聚合的高效引发体系。接枝共聚合的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为45℃,反应时间35min,MMA与GL的质量比为3.76.PDC浓度为0.45-0.50mmol/L,GL用量为0.3 g。A novel redox system, which consisted of potassium diperiodatocuprate (Ⅲ) (DPC) as oxidant and gelatin (GL) as reductant, was employed to initiate the graft copolymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) onto gelatin in alkali medium, and thereby acquiring a copolymer with a grafting ratio higher than 90%. The effects of reaction variables, such as the initiator concentration, the ratio of monomer to gelatin, the gelatin backbone concentration as well as the reaction temperature and time, were investigated. The structures and thermal stabilities of the gelatin and copolymer were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that the initiator exhibits a high efficiency in the graft copolymerization of MMA onto GL. The optimum process parameters of the grafting reaction include reaction temperature of 45℃, reaction time of 35 minutes, mass ratio of MMA to GL of 3.76, the initiator concentration of 0.45-0.50 mmol/L and GL content of 0.3 g.
