摘  要:制备了以偶联剂改性的微晶粉填充中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)复合材料,分析了偶联剂种类、不同处理方法及填充量对增强MDPE力学性能的影响,在相同工艺条件下,与滑石粉填充MDPE进行了对比。结果表明:经钛酸酯类偶联剂湿法处理的微晶粉填充MDPE,在其质量分数为10%时,拉伸强度达到33.60MPa,显示出了较为明显的增强效果,且具有比滑石粉填充体系更好的拉伸性能,可作为一种新型增强填料。This paper prepared a composite of middle density polyethylene (MDPE) filled with microcrystalline powder that was subject to the treatment by coupling agent. The effects of different treatment methods and filling amount on the mechanical properties of the reinforced MDPE were analyzed. A comparison between the composite and the MDPE modified with talc powder was carried out under the identical process condition. The results demonstrate that when MDPE is filled with the microcrystalline powder treated by titanates in wet method and the content of the filler reaches 10%, then the tensile strength of the resultant composite attains 33.60 MPa, exhibiting an obvious reinforcement effectiveness and a larger contribution to the tensile strength compared with the talc filler system. The microcrystalline powder so treated can be used as a kind of novel filling material for reinforcement.
