摘　　要：综述了靶向性磁共振成像造影剂的研究进展 ,着重介绍了近年来在设计与合成具有靶向给药功能造影剂的研究概况 ,分别列出了亲脂性基团、VB6族化合物及其衍生物、糖类等功能基团作为靶向基团的水溶性顺磁性造影剂的配体结构。The development of MRI contrast agents was reviewed.The emphasis was placed on the current research on the design and syntheses of novel paramagnetic complexes with the targeting function as a MRI agent.The typical structures of water soluble paramagnetic contrast agents ligands containing lipophilic,VB 6 unit ,and glycosyl functional groups were cited.
