摘　　要：马克思主义的生命力在于其随着实践的发展而发展。正确认识当前工人阶级的状况,科学界定新的社会阶层,确立现阶段先进生产力的代表,吸收其中的先进分子入党,有利于增强党的阶级基础和扩大党的群众基础,有利于推动我国经济的繁荣和社会的进步。The vitality of Marxism is developing with the development of practice. Correctly understanding the current situations of the working class, scientifically defining the new social stratum, establishing who represents the most advanced productivity in the present time and admitting the advanced elements into the Party will help to strengthen the class foundation and expand the foundation of the Party among the masses of the people on the one hand, and to push the prosperity of China′s economy and social development forward on the other hand.
