摘　　要：目的 :探讨宫环止血片工艺研究中水提醇沉工艺的可行性。方法 :建立制作家兔置Cu -IUD动物模型 ,以吲哚美辛作对照 ,通过抗炎、止血、祛瘀试验 ,观察宫环止血片工艺中药材水提液醇沉与不醇沉的样品的药效学。结果表明 :水提液醇沉与不醇沉的样品的药效作用比较无显著性差异 ,作用相近。结论 :醇沉对药效无影响。To explore whether the extract deposited with ethanol in Gonghuanzhixue Tablets process was feasible.Methods:To create a Cu-IUD wearing rabbits animal model,we compared the pbarmacodynamics of the extract of the drugs in Gonghuanzhixue Tablets deposited with ethanol and of the extract not deposited with ethanol by anti-inflammation,hemostasia and eliminating stasis tests in constrast with lndomethacin.Results:There was not significant phurmacodynamic difference in the extracts deposited with ethanol or not.Conclusion:Deposited with ethanol was not effect on pharmacodynamic of Gonghuanzhixue Tablets.
