配制温度对复方乳酸钠注射液3号澄明度的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察分析引起复方乳酸钠注射液沉淀的原因 ,以确定最佳配制温度。方法 :分别观察不同温度配制的复方乳酸钠注射液 3号出现沉淀的时间。结果 :配制温度越高对复方乳酸钠澄明度影响程度越大。结论 :复方乳酸钠注射液配制温度控制在 2 5～ 30℃左右 。Objective:To analyze the causes for sedimentation of compound sodium lactate injection and define the best compounding temperature. Methods:We observed the sedimentation time of the sodium lactate injections prepared at different temperatures.Results:Higher compounding temperature had stronger influence on the clarity of sodium lactate injection.Conclusion:The compounding temperature should be between 25℃ and 30℃,thus the sodium lactate injection will not sedimentate.
