国产钯碳催化剂失活原因初探

摘　　要：对在工业装置上使用的国产钯碳催化剂进行了测试和分析,发现导致催化剂失活的原因是:催化剂微孔被有 机物堵塞,活性组分钯被有机物覆盖,硫中毒和钯晶粒长大而使其分散度降低。文章对新型催化剂的开发提出了建议。Based on test and analysis of Chinese - made Pd/C catalyst used in terephthalic acid plants , the causes for deactivation of catalyst were discovered : block of the micro pores of catalysts by organics , cover of active component Pd by organics , sulfur intoxication , and decrease of Pd crystallites dispersion degree due to its large size. Some proposals on development of new catalysts were also raised in this paper.
