毛腈混纺纱的修色及促剥剂G-WA的应用

摘　　要：针织毛腈混纺纱在染色时,常发生色差、色花、杠杆印及缸差等疵病,需要修色处理。由于毛、腈组分的特殊性,选剥色剂要慎重,否则会发生黏并咬合现象而难于后期编织。文中叙述了多种助剂在修色处理时的特点,并详细介绍了促剥剂G-WA的性能与应用,其工艺条件是:用量9～11g/L,温度98℃,时间35～40min,浴比1:15～1:20。During the dyeing process of knitting-used wool/acrylic blended yarn, the defects such as color deviation, colored spot, lever effect, color difference from vat to vat, and so on, may occur frequently. Therefore, the inking process is necessary. Due to the particularity of wool and acrylic fiber, the color stripper should be chosen very carefully, otherwise the conglutination phenomenon may be resulted which will influence the consequent knitting process. This paper introduces the characteristics of many kinds of additives in inking process, discusses in detail the performance and application of stripping promoter G-WA, and the actual technology is: the concentration is 9~11g/L, the temperature is 98(C, the time is 35~40minutes and bath ratio is 1: (15~20).
