摘　　要：弹性针织服装在缝合部位受外力拉伸时易发生缝线断裂现象,线迹选型是关键之所在,采用双线链式人字线迹,储线量多,人字型构架延伸性好,不失为一种好方法。此外,合理利用面料弹性制定成衣尺寸,选择适当的缝纫线和严格控制生产过程,也是要注意的。The closing thread is easily to break at the sewed position due to tension force exertion. The suitable stitch is very important in tackling this problem. The double thread chain type plaiting stitch is a good option bearing the advantages of plenty storage of thread and good extensibility. In addition, the size of ready-made garment should be decided according to the characteristics of elastic fabrics, the closing thread should be chosen correctly and the sewing process should be controlled strictly.
