摘 要:目的:优选芍丹乙肝颗粒的澄清工艺。方法:分别采用高速离心法、乙醇沉淀法、吸附澄清技术对芍丹乙肝颗粒进行除杂,以水浸出物收率、总多糖保留率及芍药苷保留率作为评价指标,并与自然沉降法进行比较。结果:3种澄清工艺对3个指标均有不同程度的影响,其中吸附澄清技术中加入4%药液量B组分和8%药液量A组分的正天成(ZTC)1+1 Ⅱ型天然澄清剂,能使水浸出物收率降至18%左右,有效成分保留率分别在80%和90%以上。结论:吸附澄清技术中加入ZTC1+1 Ⅱ型天然澄清剂可作为芍丹乙肝颗粒的澄清工艺。Objective:To choose the best clarification process of Shaodanyigan Granule.Methods:By determinating dry extract percent,total polysaccharide content and paeonoside content,three clarification processes including high speed centrifugal,ethanal precipitation,adsorption clarification technique were compared with nature sedimentation.Results:Three clarification processes had different level effect on the three index.Among them adsorption clarification technique could reduce the dry extract percent to around 18% and make the retention rate of the active components above 80% and above 90%,respectively.Conclusion: In the adsorption clarification technique ZTC1+1 nature clarifying agent can be used as clarification process Shaodanyigan Granule.
