摘　　要：介绍了气力除灰系统。探讨了气力除灰的工作原理以及影响气力除灰的五大因素。介绍了气力除灰常见的故障及处理办法。针对煤质变差分析了如何调整运行方式。另外还探讨了气力除灰节流孔板的调整方法。Pneumatic ash handling systems are described together with their working principle, and fire factors that influence their capability. An introduction is presented to conventional failures that may occur and the way of handling them. How to adjust operation to deal with declining quality of coal is being discussed, as well as how to adjust pneumatic ash handling throttling orfices.
