摘 要:通过对有减薄缺陷弯管三维有限元模型的分析 ,研究了受内压弯矩联合作用时局部减薄缺陷与弯管塑性极限载荷的关系。局部减薄弯管的塑性极限载荷与减薄缺陷的形式有关 ,减薄的轴向尺寸、环向尺寸及深度对塑性极限载荷有不同的影响。弯矩与内压的比例对局部减薄弯管的塑性极限载荷也有影响。Based on analysis of three dimension finite element models of the elbow with a local thinning, the effect of the local thinning on the plastic limit load of the elbow under the combined action of the internal pressure and a bending moment was investigated. The plastic limit load of the elbow is related with the pattern of the local thinning, and the axial size, circumferential size and the depth of the local thinning have a different influence on the plastic limit load. The ratio of the bending moment to the internal pressure also has an influence on the plastic limit load of the elbow. The variation of the plastic limit loads of the elbow with a local thinning and the failure modes under different conditions were presented.
