摘　　要：作为知识经济时代的产物,动态联盟是敏捷制造模式下的一种先进的生产组织模式。一个有效的知识管理系统的建立是动态联盟企业在不确定性竞争环境下取得成功的关键因素。分析了动态联盟的知识转移,讨论了知识管理平台的构建,提出了基于Web的知识管理模型框架。Agile Virtual Enterprise(AVE) is and advanced organization of agile manufacturing,which comes along with the period of knowledge economics.An effective Knowledge Management Systemis a Key factor for AVE succeeding under the furious competition.This article analyses the transaction of knowledge in AVE,makes a discussionon setting up a platform for Knowledge Management and puts forward a model based on Web.
