摘　　要：利用频谱分析高炉炉顶布料齿轮箱故障,介绍Pro／E对齿轮实现参数化建模的具体方法和有关程序。通过Pro／E和ANSYS数据交换进行齿轮弯曲应力分析和齿面接触静应力分析,并介绍了算法原理,充分体现了CAE／CAD软件的结合应用。The frequency analysis method is used in the field of Fault diagnosis of transmission gearbox of blast furnace top charg distribution. This paper introduces the concrete method of setting up the parametric - gears mold and the relevant procedure. By the data exchange of Pro/E and ANSYS ,the analysis of gear' s bending stress and interface stress is carried out.
