摘 要:通过对常用插板阀工作机理的分析,提出以定量计算插板阀O形密封圈密封压紧力和压缩变形量的方法进行插板阀密封联结设计的新思想,把O形密封圈分解为微小矩形橡胶弹簧的组合,建立物理模型,运用积分的数学方法,成功的推导出O形密封圈的刚度计算公式,从而求解其密封压紧力。最后以武钢6#高炉DN2800眼镜型插板阀为计算实例,证实了所提出的设计思想和设计方法在该类插板阀的设计中是行之有效的。The new design thought of plugboard valve's sealed coupling is put forward by a method that is fixed amount calculation on both O - sealing ring's sealed pressure and deformation range, which is based on the a-nalysis of work principle of popular plugboard valve. The O - sealing ring is being broken up into units of minute rectangle rubber spring, the physical model is being established, the mathematical method of calculus is being applied to, the rigidity calculation formula of O - sealing ring is deduced successfully, and so its sealed pressure is obtained. The design thought and method mentioned in this article which is used in similar plugboard valve has proved to be true, which is illustrated by a computational instance of DN2800 goggle plugboard valve used in WISCO's 6# BF in the end.
