摘　　要：从彩色PDP基本结构和工作原理入手,分析目前彩色PDP的优缺点,围绕着如何改善性能,降低成本,介绍了目前世界各大公司和研究机构在改进PDP的结构、材料、驱动电路等方面所作的工作和相应的理论研究,展望了今后PDP的发展前景。Discusses the different merits and drawbacks of existing color PDPs according to their basic constructions and working principles. Introduces the R&D achievements and relevant theoretical studies on PDPs done by several leading companies in the world with respect to quality improvement and cost reduction, including construction, materials drive circuits etc. The outlook for PDPs is good in the near future.
