摘　　要：介绍了我国某小型空间环境模拟无油检漏试验设备,并就无油真空系统、检漏系统灵敏度和反应时间等问题作了详细介绍,大量试验证明该无油检漏系统的设计是合理和正确的。Discusses an oil-free vacuum leak detection system we developed and applied in a small-size space environment. Describes in detail the oil-free vacuum system, its sensitivity and response time required by helium mass spectrometer for the leak detection system. Lots of tests proved that its design is reasonabe and in a right way.
