摘　　要：本文介绍了美国FDA和欧盟农药残留检测常规分析方法,目标化合物的定性标准和对添加回收率的要求。特别介绍了用不同方式对样品基质产生的农药响应值增强现象进行修正。同时还详细介绍了美国农业部最新农残检测方法中的样品前处理流程。The paper describes the routine pesticide residue analysis method of U.S FDA and EU, the standard of targetcompound confirmation and requirement for spike recovery, especially different modes to correct matrix enhancement. It alsoincludes the detailed introduction of newly published sample preparation steps by Agriculture Department of U.S for pesti-cide residue detection.
